Cabildo

Cabildo is a commune and city located in the province of Petorca, Valparaíso Region, Chile. It is located in the interior of the region, being the beginning of the valley of the Ligua River, which supplies with tributary streams, characterized by a deep box in the Cordillera de la Costa.

The Cabildo’s climate is influenced by its status as an interior commune and its proximity to both the Cordillera and the Pacific Ocean. This combination of factors creates a semi-arid temperate climate with moderate temperatures, low rainfall and the existence of small microclimates that allow the cultivation of various fruit species.

Since the Colony a wine-growing area, which contains very particular influences. The cradle of our dream.

These characteristics so typical of the area are what make Cabildo the perfect place for “The Five Sisters”.

Definitely a special place, like our wines.
